The Role

We are hiring a Builder & Operator to be part of our Founder’s Office. You will operate as an extension of the founding team — working across operations, automation, events, and special projects.

This is not a narrow role. You will own entire workflows, spot inefficiencies, help scale what’s working, and shape how the business runs. You will also have a say in what we should stop doing — or do differently.

If you are excited about building systems, improving processes with AI and automation, and getting hands-on across multiple areas of the business, this is for you.

What you will do

1. Run business operations

• Streamline and manage day-to-day business operations: member onboarding, database hygiene, workflows, communications, reporting
• Ensure internal processes run smoothly, with clarity and consistency

2. Lead event & experience operations

• Manage end-to-end event execution: planning, tools setup, comms, coordination, follow-up
• Build repeatable playbooks to scale high-quality member experiences

3. Drive automation & AI-first thinking

• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve team productivity and member experience (tools may include Zapier, GPTs, Airtable, Notion, Retool, Make, etc.)
• Stay on top of emerging tools and bring practical ideas to the team

4. Operate as a thought partner to the founders

• Help translate big-picture strategy into actionable operations
• Contribute to experiments and special projects across community, product, marketing, and member experience
• Work closely with the founders on “what’s next” — helping us scale intentionally
