Podium is a connection platform for working women in Singapore. We build thoughtful spaces where women connect with depth — online, offline, and everywhere in between.
In just 8 months, we’ve welcomed 250+ members in Singapore, hosted 20+ curated experiences every month (from mastermind dinners and workshops to retreats and reflection circles). We’re now gearing up for expansion.
We are an early-stage, founder-led team building from the ground up currently based in Singapore with global expansion plans. This is an opportunity to work side-by-side with the founders at the critical 0 → 1 stage — where every decision matters, and pace and intentionality go hand in hand.

We’re looking for a Community Manager to join us as a founding team member in the energy and creativity of an early-stage startup. You’ll be the heartbeat of our member experience — shaping how people connect, learn, and grow within our community.
What you’ll do
- Host Training & Support – onboard, coach, and energize event hosts so they create memorable experiences.
- Event Execution – plan, organize, and host (or co-host) dinners, workshops, and online/offline sessions.
- Community Management – nurture relationships with members, listen closely to underserved needs, and keep engagement high.
- Copywriting & Storytelling – craft warm, clear communications (emails, posts, WhatsApp notes) and manage our member-facing comms.
- Customer Support – be the first point of contact for members — quick, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
- Experiment & Iterate – work closely with the founders to test ideas, gather feedback, and improve the overall experience.
What we’re looking for
- Based in Singapore (we’re unable to sponsor an EP yet) and plugged into the local scene.
- 2–4 years of experience in community, events, or customer-facing roles (startups or creative orgs preferred).
- You are high-agency — you take initiative and get things done
- You love operations — process design, tools, structure, and smooth execution
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in a fast-changing, early-stage environment
- You can think at both 10,000 feet and 10 feet — strategy and execution are both in your toolkit
What we offer
- Exposure: Work directly with the founders and see the 0 → 1 journey up close
- Learning: Understand what it takes to build a business, not just a product
- Ownership: Take real responsibility for critical parts of the business
